We are conveniently located in the Gatsby Building. If it’s your first time visiting us, we kindly ask that you arrive a few minutes early with all necessary forms filled out prior to your appointment. If you need to complete your forms on-site, please allow extra time before your scheduled appointment.
To find us, enter through the Barista Coffee Shop (539 NW 13th Ave, Portland, OR 97209) and proceed straight back to the elevator.
We are located on the 3rd floor, directly to the right as you exit the elevator.
