Meet Dr. Taylor, the visionary force behind Refreshed MD.
Hailing from the heartland of Kansas, Dr. Taylor brings a blend of Midwest warmth and West Coast cool to everything she does. As a seasoned physician and passionate advocate for health and wellness; she's about personalized, safe, and effective treatment plans.
During her residency and fellowship at OHSU (Oregon Health & Science University), Portland’s vibrant culture and eclectic vibe were heavy influences in deciding to make Portland her home for the past eight years.
So here's the real magic of Dr. Taylor – she's a team player through and through. Whether she's collaborating with her talented crew in-studio or forging connections within the community, Dr. Taylor believes that the journey to beauty is best traveled together.

Tracy, RN
Lead Aesthetic Injector
Tracy graduated from Linfield University in 2021 with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing and jumped straight into aesthetics. As a little girl, she has always been fascinated with beauty, hair, and fashion. Tracy discovered aesthetics when she was invited to a Botox and Bubbly event hosted by her preceptor in the hospital. That was the moment she knew she wanted to be an aesthetic nurse injector. As your injector, Tracy will collaborate with you to develop personalized aesthetic treatment plans that will align with your aesthetic goals! She is known for her energetic personality, keen attention to detail, and having a gentle touch. Outside of aesthetics, Tracy is a foodie and is always up for an adventure!
Jessica
Advanced Esthetician
Meet Jessica, a dedicated Advanced Esthetician and Medical Assistant with a passion for enhancing natural beauty and healthy skin. With a strong background in medical aesthetics, she specializes in bringing the science of skincare to your beauty routine.
Jessica’s own battle with sensitive skin ultimately guided her path towards clinical esthetics, and has shaped her sincere demeanor and individualized approach to skincare. Her main goal at Refreshed MD is to help you look and feel your best, working together to achieve the skin of your dreams.
When Jessica isn’t at the spa, she can be found at a pilates class, crocheting, or drinking way too much kombucha with her husband and cat.
Jenn
Client Care Coordinator
+ Studio Manager
Jenn brings a wealth of experience to Refreshed MD as a certified Esthetician and Skin Care specialist with a decade-long journey in the beauty industry. Her expertise spans from owning her own Esthetic studio to working in holistic spas, and even as a makeup artist on the go.
At Refreshed MD, Jenn serves as the Studio Manager and Client Care Coordinator. Being an integral part of the team brings her immense joy, where she finds fulfillment in uplifting beauty professionals and providing empathetic support to each client. Beyond the studio, Jenn is a true artist, expressing herself through acrylic painting on canvas. When she's not creating art, you can find her savoring a glass of natural wine or exploring the forest with her husband and pup.
Jenn's passion lies in putting clients at ease, ensuring they feel secure and well-informed throughout their experience at Refreshed MD!
Misha
Marketing Manager
Misha takes care of social media, marketing, branding, and client experience through visuals at Refreshed MD. With her background in Marketing + Design, she loves channeling her creativity into supporting female entrepreneurs in bringing their vision to life.
Since the beginning of Refreshed MD, Misha aligned with Dr. Taylor’s goal of creating an approachable environment that encourages people to celebrate their beauty and feel their best!
In her life beyond the Refreshed MD studio and various freelance work — Misha enjoys holistic wellness, studying the intricacies of the human experience, immersing herself in energy work, + communing with nature.
Kat
Business Development
Meet Kathryn, but around here we call her Kat. With a background of over 20 years’ experience in leading global people and business operations teams, Kat currently works as a performance coach and small business consultant.
Kat’s academic journey began at Wichita State University, then continued at Cornell University. Her diverse background also includes time in the beauty industry, where she collaborated with renowned brands like Estee Lauder and Sephora. She’s thrilled to blend her operational expertise and her love for all things beauty here at Refreshed MD. Although she is the self-proclaimed “Swiss Army Knife” of the team, Kat primarily focuses on business relations with external partners and execute on Dr Taylor’s strategic vision.
When Kat is not at her desk, you’ll find her involved in a variety of outdoor activities with her husband and daughter. She also appreciates a game of competitive trivia, dance battles, and conversations about the KC Chiefs.
