As a small business, we truly appreciate your understanding that our time and expertise are valuable. We know life can be unpredictable, and we want to support you through it all. We kindly ask you to review our policies to help us serve you better. Thank you for being a cherished member of our Refreshed MD community! 

Cancellation

As a courtesy to our wonderful clients and dedicated team at Refreshed MD, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Your understanding and cooperation mean the world to us.

For those booking multiple services with different providers, please be especially mindful of cancellations. These appointments are difficult to fill on short notice, and giving us ample time allows us to offer the spot to someone else.

If you need to cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, a $150 fee will apply. For advanced treatments with our injectors, such as filler appointments that require an hour or more of our practitioner's time, the cancellation fee may be $350.

In the rare event of a No-Show without any notice, you will be charged ½ of the total cost of your booked services.

Late Arrival

We understand that life can get busy, but to ensure we provide the best service to all clients, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 10- 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment time or reschedule your appointment, and a late fee may apply. We will always try to make it work but when we are back to back with clients it will be hard for us to adjust. Always give us a call before your appointment if you are running a bit late so we can prepare for you. Give yourself a few minutes to park nearby as we only offer street parking.

Holding-fee

Wrinkle Relaxers + Injectable Consultations: To secure your booking online or over the phone, we kindly request a $50 deposit. This amount will be applied to your treatment at checkout.

For all other  services (Filler, Sculptra, Facial Treatments, etc.), we ask for a 20% deposit to confirm your appointment when booking online or over the phone. This deposit will be credited towards your total at checkout.

Discounts + Specials

We strive to offer you the best value through our exclusive discounts and special promotions. Please note that multiple discounts or special offers cannot be combined or bundled together. Each discount or promotion must be applied separately and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. Any information you provide to us, including medical history and photos, will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of your treatments. We will never share your information without your explicit consent.

Any outstanding balances must be settled before your next appointment.

Photo Consent 

At Refreshed MD, we ask to take photos at all injectable appointments to help track your progress and ensure our injectors can refer to your goals and anatomy both before and after treatment. For each appointment, we request your consent through a photo consent form.

We respect your complete autonomy in deciding how your photos are used. While we deeply appreciate it when you allow us to showcase your beautiful results to inspire others and grow our clientele, the choice is entirely yours. Your comfort and preferences are our top priority, and we value whatever decision you make.

Check In's

Your satisfaction is our top priority at Refreshed MD. We want you to feel confident and happy with every visit. That’s why we personally check in with you two weeks after all injectable appointments to see how you're doing and to ensure you’re pleased with the results.

We believe in setting realistic expectations and making sure you’re fully informed about all possibilities. If you notice anything during your healing process, we may ask for photos so we can better understand your experience. If adjustments are needed, we’re always here to invite you back to the studio. Whether it’s adding a few more units of tox or making any necessary tweaks, we’re committed to getting it just right for you.

While all sales on services and products are final, your experience with us is of utmost importance. We’ll always do our best to ensure your happiness and satisfaction.
