We are experiencing significant growth and excited to share a new opportunity for a part-time Client Coordinator.

You are passionate about helping clients achieve their aesthetic and skincare goals. You have experience in customer service and/or skincare education.

Role Responsibilities.

Image:

  • Contribute to Refreshed MD social media content.

  • Present Refreshed MD in a professional manner when answering on all communication platforms

  • Passion for skincare and health

  • Maintain a highly professional image.

  • Establish professional relationships outside the practice at events 

Performance:

  • Able to answer client questions and inquiries on all social media platforms for injectables, facial and wellness services.

  • Put the client first in all communication

  • Learn and become efficient in our EMR and booking system 

  • Organization of tasks is a must 

  • Attend and assist in planning of team and community events 

  • Able to adapt in real time with clients 

  • Social media skills are preferred

  • Experience with aesthetics is preferred 

  • Follow up communication with clients as directed by medical team 

  • Assist medical team in sales and follow up patient communication 

  • Accept responsibility for client experience 

  • Maintain cleanliness in the studio 

  • Assist with other duties + administrative assignments as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications.

  • Prefer two years experience in customer service or one year in aesthetics (ex: licensed esthetician) 

The Opportunity.

Part-time; 2-3 days/week + PRN events. 

$20-28 hourly
